Those that stand out in the crowd love the process. They love the grind. They love the solitude of deep intense thought and relentless preparation. They love the process more than victory itself and it fuels their success – it is not, and never will be, the other way around. Find an attorney that truly loves the process not one that only talks about prior success. Here is my look in the mirror: Do I love the process? I do – with every fiber. Will I grind today? Yes, I will. And tomorrow, and the next day, and the day after that? Yes. I will because I have purpose and passion and I love the process more than the prize.
